Penny's Pages (https://thewikion.neocities.org/wiki/) is something I discovered this month. It's a wiki-like site dedicated to Neocities, not just about how it works, but some of the different people and internet cultures it attracted.
Based on the description on the index page, the site has been worked on by a group at neozones.neocities.org, and it seems like the site has been reconfigured a lot. The person most associated with the site seems to go by the alias Owly or Owlman. (This is just what I've gleamed from my time on the site. It may not be 100% exact.)
Some of the content is definitely NSFW. Reading through the site is sometimes similar to watching an iceberg video. But there's also some helpful pages on the site, especially if you're new to Neocities. This includes information on...
